Parcel & Pier 3D

Ready to play

Roll, trade, and build your way to victory in a colorful 3D board game.

A little about the game

Welcome to Brindle Bay, a colorful waterfront town where every property opens a new opportunity.
Roll the dice around a 28-space board, buy properties, develop neighborhoods, collect rent, and negotiate
deals using cash, properties, or both. Surprise cards, ferry trips, community investments, and visits to jail keep your plans evolving.

How to play

Parcel & Pier turns a lap around Brindle Bay into a property decision. Buying a space can earn rent later, but the money you keep matters when your next roll lands on someone else’s investment.

Your first game

  1. Build a solo table.

Choose your name and AI neighbors, then select Let’s build a city. Each player starts with $1,200 in game money on a board of 28 spaces.

  2. Roll and resolve your landing.

Press Roll the dice, then read the action panel. Buy an available property or pass; use Pay to settle rent or bills, and confirm event cards to continue.

  3. Work toward a district.

A district contains three properties. Owning two lets you begin development; the full set raises rent and unlocks the third development level. The last player remaining wins, with no fixed round limit.

A useful starting pointKeep a cash reserve instead of developing everything at once. Passing Harbor Gate adds income, but rent and bills can arrive before your next circuit is complete.
