Your account

Provide an email address you control, keep your password private and use your account honestly. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts require email verification before publishing or interacting with the community.

Publishing your work

Publish only games and assets you created or have permission to share. Describe the game accurately, disclose the AI tools you used and provide a working playable link or a supported web build. Thumbnails and screenshots should represent the actual game. You are responsible for having the rights needed for your submission, including artwork, music and any generated material.

You retain your rights. You give VibeArena a non-exclusive permission to store and display your submitted listing, profile, images and comments, and host and deliver approved game builds to players as necessary to operate and promote their pages on VibeArena. Publication does not grant an open-source license to your game. You can remove your listing from your account; technical backups and third-party copies are addressed in our privacy policy.

Advertising and creator earnings

Publishing and playing are free. By publishing a game, you allow VibeArena to display its own advertising alongside your page. You may optionally connect an AdSense account you own and configure a separate creator ad unit. VibeArena takes no commission from the revenue Google pays for that unit; revenue from VibeArena’s units belongs to the platform. Google controls approval, ad delivery, its own revenue share, payment thresholds, deductions and payouts. We do not guarantee ad availability, visitors or earnings, and may pause advertising or remove units that violate platform or advertising policies.

Use only your own approved advertising account and authorized content. Do not click your own ads, ask others to click ads, or generate artificial impressions or traffic. Keep Auto ads off for this site and use the provided Display ad placements. For linked or embedded external games, VibeArena’s integration covers our game page only. Google AdSense Program policies apply.

Community conduct

• Do not publish malware, phishing, deceptive links, spam, impersonation or content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not harass people, threaten them or post private information without permission.
• Do not buy votes, create accounts to manipulate rankings or automate abusive traffic. Creators cannot vote for their own games.
• Give constructive feedback. Creators may hide abusive comments with a recorded reason; administrators can review those decisions.

Review, reports and appeals

Submissions may require review. We can hide content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Report a game or comment from its page, or contact contact@vibearena.app for rights complaints or appeals. Include the relevant URL and enough information to investigate. Do not send passwords or private credentials. Administrator access to private drafts is limited to operating and moderating the service.

Game builds

Where build hosting is available, upload only finished browser files you have permission to publish. Do not include credentials, server programs, malware or material that violates these rules. Builds are checked and reviewed before publication. Browser files can be inspected and copied by players; hosting does not make your source private or change its ownership. You can download your original build, remove inactive versions, or delete your game. Keep your own backups.

External games and service availability

VibeArena also links to games hosted by their creators or third parties. Their availability, content, purchases and policies are controlled by those hosts. Listings and rankings are discovery tools, not a guarantee of quality, safety or commercial results. We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of submitted work.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Contact us at contact@vibearena.app.
