Your account
Provide an email address you control, keep your password private and use your account honestly. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts require email verification before publishing or interacting with the community.
Publishing your work
Publish only games and assets you created or have permission to share. Describe the game accurately, disclose the AI tools you used and provide a working playable link. Thumbnails and screenshots should represent the actual game. You are responsible for having the rights needed for your submission, including artwork, music and any generated material.
You retain your rights. You give VibeArena a non-exclusive permission to store and display your submitted listing, profile, images and comments as necessary to operate and promote their pages on VibeArena. Publication does not grant an open-source license to your game. You can remove your listing from your account; technical backups and third-party copies are addressed in our privacy policy.
Community conduct
- Do not publish malware, phishing, deceptive links, spam, impersonation or content that violates another person's rights.
- Do not harass people, threaten them or post private information without permission.
- Do not buy votes, create accounts to manipulate rankings or automate abusive traffic. Creators cannot vote for their own games.
- Give constructive feedback. Creators may hide abusive comments with a recorded reason; administrators can review those decisions.
Review, reports and appeals
Submissions may require review. We can hide content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Report a game or comment from its page, or contact contact@vibearena.app for rights complaints or appeals. Include the relevant URL and enough information to investigate. Do not send passwords or private credentials. Administrator access to private drafts is limited to operating and moderating the service.
External games and service availability
VibeArena currently links to games hosted by their creators or third parties. Their availability, content, purchases and policies are controlled by those hosts. Listings and rankings are discovery tools, not a guarantee of quality, safety or commercial results. We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of submitted work.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Contact us at contact@vibearena.app.
